CieloMax Return Policy
At CieloMax, we strive to make returns simple and stress-free. Most items can be returned, replaced, or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet our eligibility conditions.
Eligibility Conditions
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t work as expected, please initiate a return immediately and email us at info@cielomax.com with a description of the issue. We’ll have a replacement ready to ship as soon as we receive the defective item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishables
- Products with shipping restrictions
- Customized products made specifically for you
- Digital Products:
- Tangible digital products (e.g., software on physical media) must be returned new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Downloads, streams, and other viewable digital products are not returnable if they have been accessed or viewed.
Non-returnable items will be clearly indicated on their product page.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and click “Orders/Returns” in the top banner.
- Select “Return”, choose the item you wish to return, and follow the prompts.
- Print the provided pre-paid return label.
- Package the item (preferably in its original packaging) and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at any local mail carrier location.
- If the item was a gift to a different address, the buyer has to initiate the return usingabove steps 1, 2 and 3 and email or mail the return label to the recipient of the item and tell them to package the item (preferably in its original packaging) and attach the label then drop off the package at any local mail carrier location.
Shipping Costs
CieloMax covers all return shipping costs for valid returns, including defective or damaged items. Simply use the pre-paid label provided—no extra fees for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.
- Store Credit: By default, refunds will be issued as CieloMax.com store credit, which can be applied to future purchases on our site.
- Traditional Refund: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit, please contact customer service at info@cielomax.com to request this option.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange over a refund, indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we’ll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the returned item. You will be notified by email.
