Monterrey, Mexico-based Attorney to Bring Years of Legal Experience and Product Sources to the Company
Los Angeles, May 17, 2024 – The Cielo Max Group announced today that Daniel A. Sierra-Trevino has joined its Non-Management Advisory Board. Mr. Sierra-Trevino will be working with the Company on a number of legal and strategic business initiatives in Mexico. He has been an attorney for over forty-eight years, and has worked in a number of corporate positions such as in-house attorney in Constructora Lobeira, S.A. de CV, Constructora Garza Ponce, and has also been responsible for banking relations and as a governmental liaison. From 1998 to 2003, he was Secretary of the Board and Government Liaison for Grupo Industrial Ramirez, and has worked as an auditor for the Instituto para la Proteccion delAhorro Bancario (Institute for the Protection of Banking and Savings). He has worked in auditing and due diligence to Banco Mercantil del Norte, S.A, and from 2004 to 2008, he has been working in several entrepreneurial projects in the oil and water industries.
